Half Ogre

The Half Ogres are brutish and massive, born from Human and Ogre unions. Though they are often feared for their strength, most lack the mental agility to fully participate in structured society. Still, these hulking warriors are unmatched in sheer physical power.


🌍 Lore

Often more Ogre than Human, Half Ogres are known for their brute strength, towering size, and frightening presence. They are slowly being integrated into society, but many question whether it is out of true acceptance or pity for their lack of intellect.

Despite societal challenges, Half Ogres excel in combat and destruction—and they know it. Their understanding of the world is simple: hit it until it stops moving.


⚔️ Racial Traits

Advantages:

  • Begin with +3 Strength and +8 Health
  • Gain +1 Health at each level-up
  • May purchase Two-Handed Weapon Skills (except Masteries) at half cost
  • May purchase Weapon Proficiencies for 50 XP less per purchase

Disadvantages:

  • May not purchase any One-Handed Weapon Skills (exception: Small Weapon skill is allowed)
  • Must pay double XP for Literacy, Read Magic, and Decipher Script
  • Must pay double XP for Healing Arts and First Aid

🎨 Costuming Requirements

  • Must have at least one visible tusk
  • 50% of all exposed skin must be yellow

🧭 Roleplay Tips

  • Embrace a loud, direct, and simplistic mindset
  • Avoid complicated dialogue or scheming—Half Ogres act first, think later
  • You may be feared, but lean into the humor, loyalty, or naivety of your character

Play a Half Ogre if you want to be a massive, blunt-force wrecking ball with no interest in subtlety.
