XP & Skill Cost Tables

This guide provides a full breakdown of Experience Point (XP) costs for all skills, spell slots, and class progression options in Volaire. XP is spent during check-out or through post-event submissions. All XP expenditures must follow the rules of teaching, prerequisites, and class-specific pricing.

📈 How XP Works

* Your character's level = Total XP earned ÷ 100 (rounded down). * Each event grants “Blanket XP” based on your current level:

\| 16–25      | 50 XP       |
\| 26+         | 30 XP       |

Additional XP may be earned from:

* Roleplay submissions * Plot accomplishments * Crafting and production * Volunteering or donations

XP can be banked instead of spent. Just indicate this clearly at checkout.

These are XP costs to buy new spell slots. Slots must follow pyramid construction rules.

Each subsequent level increases in XP cost, with max level caps per class.
